[...] in vc 66 specimens arrived at the Chester-le-Street Rothamsted trap on 7-7-55 and 1-8-55 and several came to a Rothamsted trap which was being operated for a short time at Westgate by Rev. D. Nixon, in August 1985. The first recent record we have is from Chopwell where TCD found a specimen on 3rd August 1992 (Det. E. Bradford). In 1994 there were further records from Stainton and Hamsterley Forest (Det. TCD). [...]
